About the Billy Puppet TV Scare meme template
That's Billy the Puppet, the tricycle-riding, spiral-cheeked mascot of the Saw horror franchise, glitching onto a static-filled TV screen. Below him a guy grabs his own head and screams like his soul just left his body — the universal reaction to any unwanted surprise, jump scare, or bad notification.
Use it whenever something pops up out of nowhere and ruins your day: a surprise Zoom call, an unexpected car repair bill, or your ex liking an old photo. Top box for the jump scare, bottom box for your appropriately unhinged reaction. Free to caption and download, no sign-up required.
