About the Billy The Puppet meme template
That painted-face puppet from Saw shows up on a boxy old television to announce that you're now part of a game you didn't sign up for. There's nothing subtler than Billy for setting up a threat, a rule, or an ultimatum with maximum dramatic weight.
Caption it as the opener for house rules nobody follows, a group project 'game' with real consequences, or literally anything you want to announce with unnecessary menace. The grainy TV screen just adds to the dread.
