About the Self on the Shelf meme template
There is nothing quite like a scratchy old black-and-white photo where someone in the background is doing something deeply unsettling and nobody else in the frame has noticed yet. Here a kid is perched up on top of the kitchen cupboards like a gremlin while the woman below just keeps washing dishes, completely unaware she's being watched from above.
It's the perfect template for any "meanwhile, in the background" joke, any slow-burn horror setup, or just captioning the pure chaos of a small child who has climbed somewhere they absolutely should not be. Add your own text, make it weird, and download it for free.
