About the mayor of whoville meme template
Nobody delivers self-important nonsense quite like the Mayor of Whoville, mid-dramatic-reading from an actual leather-bound 'Book of Who' like he's announcing the end of the world instead of a Christmas cheer contest.
Perfect for any time someone (a boss, a group chat admin, a relative) makes a huge production out of something completely trivial. Bonus points if there's a book, a podium, or a fake sense of importance involved.
