About the Looey meme template
Big round yellow head, mismatched green and purple balloon ears, saucer eyes, tongue lolling out like he just got caught doing something he shouldn't have — that's Looey, the jolly circus Toon from Dandy's World. He looks thrilled and mildly unhinged at the same time, which is exactly the energy most days call for.
Whether you're roasting a friend's questionable life choices, reacting to chaos in group chat, or just need a face that screams 'I am fine, everything is fine,' Looey's derpy stare does the heavy lifting. Drop your own caption on and send it.
