About the Basement Joe meme template
A trapdoor swings open in a fancy hardwood floor and there's Joe Biden, popping up from below like he's been down there the whole time. It leans into the old "Biden's in the basement" campaign-trail bit, but the image itself is just so weirdly cinematic that it works for way more than politics.
Use it for anyone making a surprise entrance, someone who's been suspiciously absent and suddenly resurfaces, or that coworker who reappears right when a meeting starts. Political crowd will get extra mileage, but it's flexible enough for any "emerging from hiding" joke.
