About the You are on this council meme template
Mace Windu, seated and unbothered, delivers the coldest corporate-style rejection in the galaxy: you're on the council, but you don't get the title. Below him, Anakin's face says everything about being handed a participation trophy dressed up as an honor.
This is THE template for any situation where you're technically included but pointedly not given the respect, title, or authority that should come with it. Team leads without the raise, groupchats without admin, seat at the table without a vote — it all fits.
