About the War Criminal meme template
This one's straight out of Spider-Man: Homecoming — the gym teacher still cueing up Captain America's old fitness video on a blank TV, mid-shrug, dropping the line "I'm pretty sure this guy's a war criminal now, but, whatever." It's the perfect deadpan template for pointing out that something (or someone) is deeply, obviously compromised, and nobody's going to do anything about it.
The blank black screen is doing half the work here — swap in your own caption for whatever outdated, discredited, or scandal-ridden thing is still getting played anyway. Office policy, a group chat opinion, a coworker's take, an old tutorial nobody updated. Add your text and it writes itself.
