About the Sgt Shultz meme template
It's Sergeant Schultz from Hogan's Heroes, the lovably clueless German POW camp guard whose entire personality is "I see nothing, I know nothing." Here he's caught mid-gasp, clearly noticing something he'd very much like to un-notice.
This is the face for anything about strategic ignorance — pretending you didn't see the mess, dodging a question you absolutely know the answer to, or just visibly deciding not to get involved. A classic for workplace and family-drama captions alike.
