About the Sephiroth Impaling Mario in Smash meme template
This is the exact frame from the Smash Ultimate DLC trailer where Sephiroth swoops out of nowhere on his one-winged silhouette and runs Mario clean through with a giant sword, and Mario's little pixelated face somehow still looks confused rather than dead. It's one of gaming's most iconic 'nobody saw this coming' visuals.
Perfect for anything that blindsides you out of left field — surprise deadlines, plot twists, getting called out unexpectedly. Four panels let you build the whole ambush: the ominous silhouette, the strike, and Mario's bewildered reaction to it all.
