About the Obama Small Hands meme template
Obama at the mic, hands held just a couple inches apart like he's measuring out the world's smallest fish. That tiny, deliberate gesture has become shorthand for downplaying something that is definitely not small.
Use it whenever someone (or you) tries to make a huge problem sound tiny — 'it's just a small issue,' 'barely noticeable,' the kind of understatement that fools nobody. Works great as a reaction to any minimizing statement.
