About the Motion meme template
This one's a straight-up screenshot of an imgflip comment thread spiraling out of control: someone posts a joke, and then it's just users chaining 'I second this motion,' 'I third this motion,' 'I fourth this motion' one after another like a parliamentary vote nobody called.
Use it whenever a group chat, comment section, or meeting devolves into everyone just agreeing with the first person instead of adding anything new. It's the meme equivalent of a slow clap that never ends.
