About the Douglas Reynholm meme template
Douglas Reynholm, The IT Crowd's gloriously clueless and inappropriate company boss, sitting in his big fancy chair looking pleased with himself. Matt Berry's delivery made this guy an instant legend, and the stare alone carries a whole personality.
Use it for anyone radiating confidence they absolutely have not earned — a new manager who's already messing things up, someone bragging about a decision that's clearly going to backfire, or just pure smug boss energy.
