About the Man Creates His Own Monsters meme template
A guy thinks for a second, then literally builds his own monsters out of a red cloth and some drawn-on faces, only to end up trapped and terrified by the very things he made. It's a perfect little parable about self-sabotage.
Use it for anxieties you talked yourself into, problems you created for yourself, or any situation where you built the trap and then got stuck in it — overthinking a text, catastrophizing before a doctor's appointment, or making your own drama.
