About the Dr. Evil Laughing meme template
Bald, sinister, and absolutely delighted with himself — Dr. Evil loses it laughing alongside his henchmen in this Austin Powers classic. It's the face of a villain whose terrible plan is coming together exactly as intended, and everyone in the room knows it.
Use it whenever someone's scheme, joke, or petty act of malice lands a little too well. Bonus points if the caption makes the laughter sound completely unhinged.
