About the Laughing Mexican meme template
That grin. Those squinting eyes. The slicked-back hair and beige sweater that somehow scream "everything is fine" while everything is very much not fine. This is one of the internet's most iconic stock photo memes — the guy who's been smiling through pain since the dawn of reaction images.
Use it for anything where you're forcing a smile through gritted teeth: awkward small talk, a job you hate, pretending you're not stressed, or laughing at something that genuinely isn't funny. It's the universal face of "I'm fine" when you are extremely not fine.
