About the IM TOLD YOU WERE THE BEST meme template
A hooded reaper shows up with a halo in hand, ready to usher a soul into the afterlife. Then comes the twist question nobody expects an angel-adjacent skeleton to ask: "Was I a..." followed by a flat, deadpan "No." The reaper doesn't even flinch, just swaps the halo for a scythe and struts off with "I'm told you were the best."
It's the perfect template for any moment someone gets denied the easy path and pivots straight into full villain-arc confidence. Use it for career rejections that turn into glow-ups, plot twists, or any "well if I can't be good at that, I'll be the best at THIS instead" energy.
