About the Under New Management meme template
The mayor throws his hands up in relief, thinking the nightmare is over. The reply lands like a gut punch: not freed, just rebranded. It's the perfect template for every time someone swoops in promising liberation and then quietly becomes the exact same problem, just with a new name tag.
Use it for bosses, landlords, apps, governments, group chats, whatever swapped one tyrant for another and called it progress. Two panels, maximum irony, zero effort required. Drop your own text in and let the betrayal write itself.
