About the I cant read im an meme template
This one's got a bootleg-VHS energy: a bug-eyed cartoon TV mascot in a little red jacket, pointing skyward and proudly announcing 'I can't read, I'm a TV.' There's an empty blank television screen sitting below it too, just waiting for your own excuse to fill the gap.
Use it any time someone dodges responsibility with a technicality that makes zero logical sense but somehow works anyway. Swap the top and bottom text for your own bulletproof, brain-dead excuse and let the smug TV mascot sell it for you.
