About the >:) meme template
This is one of those scrappy, hand-drawn internet OCs that everyone half-remembers but nobody can name: a brown-haired kid in a green hoodie, giving the camera a sly, half-lidded smirk while flames blaze behind him. It has that unmistakable early-2010s deviantART energy, like a rage comic character who just got away with something.
Use it whenever someone's plotting mischief, celebrating a petty win, or reacting to chaos they definitely caused. The smug grin does all the work for you.
