About the FRANGO meme template
Big hair, bigger arms, and a grin that says "I already know I'm right." The Frango meme is that gloriously retro bodybuilder photo where the man himself points dead center at the camera like he's about to hand you a protein shake and a life lesson. It's become a go-to template for hype, confidence, and playful call-outs.
Use it whenever you want to point the finger — literally — at a friend, a coworker, or yourself for finally hitting the gym. Drop your own top and bottom text and let that unwavering point-and-smile do the talking.
