About the doctor M meme template
Some images cannot be unseen, and the Dr. Phil M&M is one of them. Born from a 2007 M&M's ad campaign that mashed candy mascots with celebrity faces, this green-shelled, mustachioed nightmare has haunted the internet ever since as shorthand for pure cursed energy.
Use it whenever a caption needs to feel just a little bit wrong — bad advice, uncomfortable truths, or reaction posts that hit different because the image itself is doing half the work. Add your own text and set this thing loose for free.
