About the commander cody meme template
That stern clone trooper face belongs to Commander Cody, one of the most recognizable officers from Star Wars: The Clone Wars, caught mid-briefing with the classic "you're both officially being made ARC troopers" line hanging in the frame.
It's the perfect template for any moment where someone gets handed an unearned promotion, a fake title, or a very serious-sounding announcement that's actually kind of silly. Swap the text, keep the gravitas, download it free.
