About the Caillou Pinching Baby meme template
Caillou looks dead calm while quietly pinching baby Rosie's ear into a full meltdown scream. It's the most passive-aggressive act of chaos a preschool cartoon ever animated, and it's been meme fuel for years because everyone knows a Caillou.
Use it for petty revenge, sibling rivalry, or any time you did something small and deniable that caused someone else to completely lose it. Two-panel setup with the calm instigator on top and the fallout screaming below writes itself.
