About the Stick In Own Spokes meme template
Nobody tripped him, nobody cut him off — this guy just reached down, shoved a stick straight into his own spokes, and ate pavement. It's the purest visual metaphor for self-sabotage the internet has ever produced: three panels, zero outside interference, total self-inflicted disaster.
Use it for anyone (including yourself) who talks themselves out of a good thing, overthinks a simple task into ruin, or makes their own life harder for no reason at all. It's the meme equivalent of 'I did this to myself.'
